Returns Policy

You may return items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at sales@pindydoll.com to inform us of the return.

Ensure the item is in it's original condition, still packaged in the original polybag and fully tagged otherwise a refund/exchange cannot be made. Buyers are responsible for return postage. Pindydoll can't be held responsible for any damages or lost items during transit so please hang onto your receipt as proof of your return, just in case!

Please include your order number within parcel and note down if an exchange or refund is required.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For UK customers we offer free shipping when you spend £50.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note, our office hours are 9am-5pm (Mon- Fri) therefore any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
